This weekend Luke was
a firefighter
a musician
a tower builder
a plumber
and a grocery store cashier
He checked in his luggage at the airport, then took a ride on an airplane
He played with bubbles and splashed in water
He changed tires on a car and played a little basketball
He also made a craft, participated in a science experiment, and made a kaleidoscope
He was a very busy man.
We bought a pass to the Children’s Discovery Museum and we (yes, even me) thought it was such a fun place.
It was so great to see Luke pretending and using his imagination.
I think we will be going back quite a bit.

Every morning Luke lays in our bed and watches '”Ditz” (Mickey Mouse Clubhouse) while I jump in the shower.
When I come out to check on him I usually find him like this:
He has to lay on daddy’s side, pull the blankets up and put his hands behind his head.

He is adorable! Did I tell you Ryan named one of his pretend pets Lukey? It's really cute. I guess he found a way to play with Luke even though he is so far away. :)
