We have been busy bees elves these past couple of days.
We have been making treats for our neighbors:
We went sledding (I let Luke open a couple of his Christmas presents early for this day, don’t worry we wrapped them back up):
Not so happy once we were out in the cold, he likes being pulled in the sled while in the house a lot better.
And lastly, we went to see the Festival of Lights with my parents:
We let Luke get out of his carseat so he could see the lights.
He climbed right up on my dad’s lap and took control of the steering wheel and radio.
He LOVED driving more than the lights.
Maybe I should re-think his Christmas present.
Too late.
Afterwards we had to go out for ice cream.
Tomorrow we have the Warburton family party and then on to the DeGraw party Christmas Eve.
I am not sure I am ready for the Christmas season to be over with this year, it has been so much fun.
I love all the snow we have received.
This is the kind of Christmas I remember as a child.
Completely white.
I am glad that Luke gets to experience it this year.
Happy Christmas week!
Ryan didn't like the snow as much last year either. It's just not as much fun when you have to be on your hands and knees! But it makes for super cute pictures. :) I love his hat!
ReplyDeleteYour pretzels were amazing! I may steal this idea from you for next year. I ate the whole bag in about 5 minutes. Jared had maybe two. Maybe we should make a play date to make some and eat them. Yeah, that sounds good. :)
He looks so cute, and I THINK I am jealous about the snow, but I might have to rethink that one.
ReplyDeleteI wish we could celebrate together. I miss you.
