9 months

Luke is 9 months!

I can’t believe it.

My sister said that when you are pregnant it seems like a long 9 months and then once they are here 9 months goes by so quick.

Very true!

Luke’s 9 month stats:

Weight: 19 lbs 12 oz  37%

Height: 28.75 in  67%

 

Things to remember about Lukey at 9 months:

- Claps his hands all the time (especially if there is an audience)

- Recognizes the word light and will look up and point to it

- Folds his arm, only when he wants to

- Is very ticklish and easy to make laugh

- When he smiles he scrunches up his nose

- Says Dada & Dad

- Loves to blow bubble with his lips

- Growls and growls back when you do it to him

- Gives low-fives

- Loves people watching

- Is doing his own style of army crawling, grasps both hands together and pulls himself while pushing with his big toes

- Trying to wave hi/bye

- Starting to pull himself up to things

-Loves to play with anything electronic

- Has one bottom tooth

- Takes 2 –2 hour long naps

-Loves the water… baths, pools, anything he can splash in

- Loves all baby food and real food

- Is extremely busy and never sits still

- Loves having company over or visiting people and will usually pull out all his tricks

- Shakes his head NO- not sure what to think about this one

- Loves walks in the stroller with Grandma & Papa

- Gets everyone’s attention when we are out in public, I think it is because he stares at people until they look at him and then he gives them a big ol’ cheeser

- Loves his Baby Einstein video
