Octoberfest is upon us

I LOVE October, it is one of my favorite months for sure. I love the change in season and all the fun things to do this month. A couple of Saturdays ago I drug my family to Hee Haws to go to the corn maze. The corn maze wasn't as fun as years past, but we still got pretty lost in there. After the maze we watched the boys try and rope some steer, played the bean bag toss, went to the petting zoo and slid down the big homemade slide. I didn't think it would go that fast, but being 8 months pregnant and going down made for quite the interesting slide down. The best part was talking my mom into going down. We got it on video because I knew it was going to be so funny. Make sure and scroll down to the bottom to watch it. I couldn't get the video to show her sliding down, but it is pretty dark anyway to actually see it, but you can still hear her scream all the way down.
